How I partner
As a fundraiser and facilitator, I work to mobilize resources and shift power. I partner across sectors to support grassroots leaders working in their communities, artists shifting long-held narratives, and national advocates driving policy change.
Development Strategy
I work with my clients to assess fundraising strengths and opportunities through an equity lens, craft powerful donor messaging, coach staff and leadership on donor cultivation, and implement strong systems to ensure sustainability. I offer interim staffing, assessment, program design, and coaching.
Convenings
With intentional and action-oriented planning, convenings can mobilize, align, and propel movements forward. I support movement builders in designing in-person and virtual convenings for staff and partners across coalitions. My work includes goal setting, program design, speaker recruitment and prep, communications, production oversight, and evaluation.
Campaigns
Campaigns power bold ideas, and they demand our most creative, pioneering thinking. I work with clients to unite programmatic vision with a strategic fundraising plan guided by organizational values. I offer support for feasibility studies, case development, leadership strategy, prospect development, and day-to-day management of the campaign plan.
Facilitation
I offer a range of facilitation services to support leaders in goal setting, consensus building, and strategy development. I incorporate inclusive facilitation practices to encourage broad participation and ensure psychological safety. This work includes retreats, peer learning groups, coalition calls, and planning projects.
